John Sutch Cranes has successfully completed a complex lifting operation at Lancaster University, installing a large storage unit using our Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1 mobile crane.
The project demanded the full capabilities of the LTM 1450-8.1, one of the most advanced mobile cranes in John Sutch Cranes' extensive fleet, supported by our 90 Tonne Liebherr.
The 450-tonne capacity crane was perfectly suited to handle the weight and dimensions of the cylindrical structure, which forms part of the universty's critical infrastructure systems.
Working in this environment required meticulous planning and coordination to ensure minimal disruption.
The John Sutch Cranes team executed the lift with precision, maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the operation.
