John Sutch Cranes recently brought its cutting-edge Spierings 6-axle eLift tower crane to a major Tier 1 construction site in Bolton, supporting our valued client CLTK — a leading joinery and timber construction specialist — with a critical lift on a large-scale build.
Operating in a high-traffic environment with a lot of plant operations and where sustainability and efficiency were paramount, our electric-powered tower crane proved the ideal solution.
The eLift's zero-emissions capability, rapid setup, and precision control ensured that materials were delivered exactly where they were needed, safely and without disruption.
“This was a significant lift on a tightly managed Tier 1 site,” said Paul Parry, Sales Director at John Sutch Cranes.
“CLTK are a trusted partner of ours, and when they called on us for the delivery of the trusses with 100's of lifts to do to meet the demands of the job, we knew the Spierings eLift would rise to the challenge. It’s quiet, clean, and built for inner-city logistics — exactly what the project required.”
The lift itself involved heavy, high-value joinery trusses, which were successfully hoisted into place with minimal ground disruption thanks to the Spierings crane’s compact footprint and advanced control system.
