UK based John Sutch Cranes of Liverpool has opened a new depot in Manchester. The new larger depot is situated on a two acre site and has a purpose built office block, warehouse and workshops and is next to the nearby motorway network.
The new depot will service specific growth in sectors such as power stations, green energy and healthcare. Currently, a team of 20 is based at the Manchester site with further positions to be created in the coming 12 months.
Managing director, John Sutch said: “This move will help facilitate our objectives of growing our market share within the region and increasing turnover from the Manchester site by at least 20 percent in the year ahead. We also intend to invest further in our machinery and equipment, ensuring we sustain a commitment to operating one of the most comprehensive fleets in the North.”
“The new Manchester depot is a symbol of our commitment to expansion in the Greater Manchester area and part of our vision to be the market leader in crane hire, rigging and contract lifting in the region.”
