A new MD Designate in Hayley Sutch, daughter of John Sutch, as well as the opening of a third depot, begins a year which sees the company continue to go from strength to strength.
The new depot is a 5 acre site in Bootle, Merseyside and has been purchased to support the company’s objective to expand. The new site provides; space for an increasing fleet, excellent engineering support facilities and modern, spacious accommodation for the expanding workforce.
The company took delivery of a new Liebherr 5-axle LTM 1160-5.2 160 tonne mobile crane in June and has plans to invest in further heavy cranes, such as a 450 – 500 tonne machine, all of which can easily be accommodated at the larger depot in Bootle.
Future plans include the development of an MOT test centre, which would enable the company to MOT its own vehicles and its own cranes, should that law comes into force.
Furthermore, the company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Hayley Sutch as MD (Designate). Hayley, who is John’s Sutch’s daughter, joined the business in 1995 and took on various accounts roles before taking on the role of achieving and maintaining the company’s list of accreditations. NEBOSH qualified, Hayley has managed the company’s health and safety over recent years and was a Director of the business for 12 months before taking on her current role.
Hayley Sutch commented, “I am excited by this new challenge and delighted that the company will continue to be family run. Our spacious new depot has an excellent location for motorway accessibility, creates a vibrant atmosphere for our staff to work in and gives us room to expand.”
